The GMCVO Inequalities in cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care report was completed in June 2022. It provide evidence both quantitative and qualitative, with links to relevant resources and provides a comprehensive overview of inequalities in cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care. The National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2021 deep dive, looks at the experiences of the following groups and why they rated their experience of care lower than the average:

  • People living in the most deprived areas
  • People from ethnic minorities
  • People reporting a mental health condition
  • People with Learning Disabilities

Inclusive digital healthcare: a framework for NHS action on digital inclusion, builds on previous NHS Digital guidance on digital inclusion for health and social care. It should be used it to design and implement inclusive digital approaches and technologies, which are complementary to non-digital services and support.
