The Greater Manchester Cancer Conference will be held on 14 and 15 May 2024 at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate.
The event is organised by the Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance. This year’s theme is Empowerment in Practice: Communities, Professionals and Researchers.
The Greater Manchester Cancer Conference will be held on 14 – 15 May 2024
The event will explore topics such as digital empowerment, personalised care, working with under-served communities to reduce health inequalities, and much more.
The conference is the Alliance’s flagship event, bringing together all of the Greater Manchester cancer system and partners to share best practice, update on latest priorities and developments in cancer and share new and promising innovations.
The Greater Manchester Cancer Awards ceremony will take also place on the evening of 14th May 2024. The Alliance will be inviting entries from all over Greater Manchester (not just NHS) in the following categories:
- Outstanding Care Award
- Commitment to Equality Award
- Greater Manchester Collaboration Award
- Educational Impact Award
- Innovation Award
- Team Science Award
- Early Career Researcher Award
- Patients Choice Award
Tickets will be released in the new year. Awards will be open for entries from early January. Poster entry will also open in January 2024. Please check back then for more details.
