The National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (NCPES) is currently open for eligible patients to share their feedback and will close on 7 February 2025. The team have produced a pack of communications resources to encourage as many people as possible to complete and return the survey if they are invited to take part.
The toolkit contains tailored messaging that can be used as a final reminder to eligible patients. You can use the resources in many ways, for example by promoting the survey in newsletters, on social media, or displaying printed resources.
The survey asks for feedback from cancer patients (16 years and over), to inform and improve local cancer services across England. Those who were treated for cancer as an inpatient or day-case, and left hospital in April, May or June 2024, will have received the survey via post.
