Michelle Leach

Michelle is a Pathway Manager for Psychological Support & Mental Health, Gynaecology, Colorectal, Haematology and Sarcoma Pathway Boards. Michelle was previously one of the Macmillan User Involvement Managers within the Team supporting the development and implementation of Greater Manchester Cancer’s user involvement and patient experience work programme.

Michelle has a background in Healthcare Project Management. She has delivered several improvement projects within healthcare including collaboratives at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, the Salford Integrated Care Programme for older people, NHS QUEST collaboratives, the MAHSC IS4Ac programme which was delivered by Haelo and as part of the National QIPP (Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention) Safe care Programme. Michelle is passionate about providing the best care for the local population and her long-term goal is to keep striving for health and social care improvement.
