MDT Diagnostic Bundles
An MDT Diagnostic Bundle is a predefined set of diagnostic tests and procedures that should be completed before a patient is discussed at a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting.
Purpose:
The goal is to ensure all essential clinical information is available to the MDT so decisions about diagnosis, staging, and treatment can be made efficiently and accurately at the first discussion.
MDT Referral Proforma
The MDT uses a standardised referral proforma to ensure that the clinical team has the relevant information to make a decision as to the best treatment plan for the patient.
